Top-class Marketing & Innovation: Two Evernine partners are innovation leaders
Evernine is the innovation and communication partner of the Munich IoT-platform Device Insight and the Hamburg HR-software company rexx systems which are both under the top 100 of medium-size innovation leaders.

A bit of the honor of the top 100 innovation leaders of this year also belongs to the Evernine GmbH with offices in Munich and Hamburg. As one of the leading strategic innovation and communication consultant with its “One Voice”-approach Evernine consults two of the honorees of 2018: Device Insight from Munich as well as rexx systems from Hamburg are honoured for their special innovation atmosphere and the outstanding ideas on the market. This includes flat and simple hierarchies and structures with open doors, which binds together the company to become a team with brilliant ideas.
A good innovation climate makes for the winners
In 15 years, Device Insight has about 80 employees and the CENTERSIGHT NG as core product developed to one of the leading platform providers for the industrially and commercially used internet of things (IoT) and concentrate on including new technologies like big data analytics and artificial intelligence. By that, partners not only get important “insights”, but also obtain competitive advantages and saving potentials, for example by optimizing service and maintenance intervals via Predictive Analytics.
Rexx systems with its about 30 employees is one of the leading providers of HR- and recruiting-software and was awarded with the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award for the fastest growing German technology company in 2011 and 2012. The members of the development team under control of CEO and rexx systems founder Norbert Rautenberg are not only encouraged to develop new ideas, but are also authorized to implement them without a time-consuming quality check.
New Work on all levels
Many of the top 100, like Device Insight and rexx systems, have understood that the approaches of new work are an important device for innovation. Instead of rigid hierarchies and long decisions independence, freedom and participation in the team are the basic values of the 1980 by philosopher Frithjof Bergmann established “New Work” movement.
